Lease opportunity – Multi-Use Building in Grosvenor House, George Street, Corby

We’re inviting eligible charities and community-focused organisations to register their interest in leasing parts of our soon-to-be refurbished building project in Grosvenor House, George Street in Corby.

Located in the town centre area, this project is for a multi-purpose facility to provide permanent new accommodation for a modern cultural building with a community focus, as well as meet the identified demand for creative, media and the third sector uses. It will help to increase trips, pedestrian flows and spend across the town, and will improve the town’s overall permeability.

This multi-use facility aims to provide new accommodation for an exciting, modern cultural and community-focused centre, as well as meet the demand for creative, media and the third sector uses.

We have been awarded £1.5 million from the Government to renovate both the ground floor entrance and the first floor – so our approved partners will be able to influence the final design and help us meet their requirements.
